New Patients
You will be asked to complete required paperwork before your first appointment with Dr. Liipfert. This paperwork includes a: Patient Registration Form, Disclosure of Health Information Form, Authorization for Release of Information Form, and a Credit Card Authorization Form. If you would like to complete them before your first appointment, please let us know. We can send them to you via email and mail.
Established Patients
We are now offering appointments via telemedicine. If it is time for your scheduled appointment, please use the link and instructions.

The link above will take you directly to Dr. Liipfert’s Virtual Waiting Room. Once you are there, type in your name and click on “Check in.” Your video session will begin shortly. If you have any questions, please call our office.
Payment Policy
All charges must be paid in full at the time of service.
Adults who accompany a patient under the age of 18 will be considered legally responsible for paying charges that are due and must sign any forms that our office requires.
If over the age of 18, the patient is responsible for making sure that the financial obligations of his/her healthcare are fulfilled as promptly as possible.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
A time reserve fee is assessed for all "no shows" and late cancelled appointments. Fee amount is based on the amount of time reserved.
Dr. Liipfert is not a designated provider for any healthcare plans or insurance carriers.
Cancellation Policy
We request a 24 hour notice of cancellation if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations for Monday appointments must be received by noon on the Friday before.
Please be aware that your insurance company will not provide any reimbursement for missed appointments.
Privacy Policy
Every patient is required to respect the confidentiality of other patients seen in the office. If another patient’s identity is recognized within the office, this is not to be discussed under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate dismissal from the practice. No exceptions will be made.
Liipfert Psychiatry Staff
Seleta Evans
Seleta is the Office Manager for Liipfert Psychiatry and has worked for Dr. Liipfert since October 2018. However, she has been with this practice for over twenty years and has also worked for Dr. Ray McCard and Dr. Sondralyn Fackler. Seleta is responsible for day-to-day business operations but mainly focuses on scheduling appointments and prior authorizations for patients’ medications.

When not at the office, Seleta enjoys spending time with her two children and family, working on house projects and doing yoga.
Katie Chapman
Katie is the Business Manager and Medical Records Custodian for Liipfert Psychiatry and has worked for Dr. Liipfert since October 2018. Her main focus is on record requests and patient medication management.
Katie attended Georgia Southern University and graduated from Macon State College with a degree in Business & Marketing.
With over five years of experience in mental health, Katie enjoys working with patients and will be happy to assist with any questions and/or requests. To reach her, please call our office and select Option #3.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outside with her dogs.
Jess Vastakis
Jessica “Jess” is the Patient Director for Liipfert Psychiatry and has worked for Dr. Liipfert since February 2019. Her main role is new patient referrals.
With over five years of experience in working with mental health, Jess is prepared to answer any questions a new patient may have and will be happy to assist in any way she can. If you would like to speak with Jess, please call our office and select Option #2.
In her free time, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband and sons and going to the lake.
